Pros
Pay is slightly above industry standard. This is literally the only pro. Everything else about this company, the people at the top who run it, and the people who work for those people is absolutely horrid.
Cons
The entire company, from the top down to the store level, is extremely poorly ran. There are no standard operation procedures put into place for retail stores, resulting in disorganization, poor employee performance, poor sales, poor customer service, and a multitude of other things. I've been in high-end retail for over 25 years and worked for several other well known fashion houses and Dior has been, by far, the absolutely worst company, in every single aspect that I have ever seen or heard of in the high-end retail world. I now know why the manager before me at my store literally walked out, quitting without notice after just a couple of months. There is no work/life balance, you're paid for 37.5 hour work weeks yet expected to work 60+ hour work weeks. The company also leaves positions open for month and even sometimes years, putting a strain on the entire store and subsequently creating the most miserable, depressed, and upset sales/store staff I have ever seen.
