Firstly, thank you for echoing the positive experiences you had at CircleCI. Though we know it is never perfect, we have been doing a lot more work on manager development and how to make sure teams feel supported, motivated, and inspired.
On the part around product vision and customer focus, thank you for outlining specifically where you see room for improvement. These types of reviews make it easier for us as a team to get the feedback and information to the appropriate people and take action. This year CircleCI will remain heavily focused on building customer relationships (both old and new) and really ensuring that we are growing and successful in the space both internally and externally. I think this work will put us on the path you're describing around having a customer focus and product vision, which should go hand-in-hand with quantifiable targets like "hitting revenue".
