Clarvida Response
9yHello,
I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience working with FBR. I do see that you were employed with the company for over a year. To remain with an employer for that duration for whom you have no positive things to say is a bit surprising.
Regarding the "fake" positive reviews - I would like to clarify that FBR has recently suggested to current employees to take some time to review their experience. The recent activity is not "fake", but true accounts of team members who enjoy working with the company. It is regrettable that you were not one of them.
To address your comment of the company being "in shambles", the company has seen much growth over the past few years and is continuing to expand into Ohio as well as Eastern PA. We have seen some turnover but we have also enjoyed promoting the growth and success of many of our team members and we are currently actively recruiting new team members at all levels due to this growth, as well as addressing the growing needs within communities in which we are currently established.
Many of your bullet points are simply untrue and seem to be written out of malice rather than fact. We have many long term employees who have enjoyed steady growth in their career with FBR. Additionally, we offer many benefits such as referral bonuses, training incentives, productivity incentives, merit increases, life insurance, and licensure supervision, just to name a few. There are many opportunities for our team members who choose to take advantage of them.
No company is perfect and not every employee is going to love working for their employer. We at FBR strive to ensure that our consumers receive the quality care that they deserve from highly trained team members. We value our team members and enjoy seeing their successes.
We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
Sincerely,
Amber Nelis, PHR
HR Manager
