Very good work culture when you in person

Not applicable I don’t have any cons about this compony

Good hours, good PTO, good personal use discounts on equipment, good pay (as long as you are willing to put in the effort, like any sales job)

Company culture has changed quite a bit to put more emphasis on sales and a little less on fitting and training. It is a sales job, though, so, fair enough.
