      Cons

      Poor leadership and constant shifts in priorities and reorgs. Very few opportunities for advancement. Culture passive aggressive and to many managers.

      Pros

      The mission is admirable and easy to align to.

      Cons

      Leadership, extreme clique's with opportunities given to their buddies rather than those with experience. Exec Leadership has really suffered that last several years. Time to bring in new leaders and tell those that have been in charge the last 10+ years that their free ride is up.
