Pros

Team solid, good people to work with. Direct supervisor listens and advocates for team decently well. Often work with great teams that are passionate about our clients and our work. Flexibility in my day-to-day schedule. Strong support on my team for work-life balance and finding time to decompress. Company resource groups encourage diversity, inclusion, professional development, and initiative and advocacy

Cons

Private equity overlords have made it clear that talent retention and company culture are not a priority. Many of our strongest team members were let go or have left. Benefits are shrinking. Some teams remain understaffed and apparently new employees are not in the budget. Initiatives have been massively scaled back or cut, but numbers in spreadsheet must still go up. Morale is notably muted.
