Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Horrible people work here for the most part. The new leadership is an improvement; however, they are being blindsided by the toxicity of some of the managers who remain who are holding this company back. There are troublemakers who should have been let go long ago and still have jobs, leading the rumor mills to believe they hold information and are indispensable. They have toxic personalities corrupting the ethical compass needed for growth. For a company at such a pivot point in their growth, they're making tragic mistakes keeping useless key managers on when they add no value to the company. They either can't perform, use others to cover for them or can't travel as the job requirement outlines to meet performance standards.

Pros

Long-term peer relationships built from trauma bonding

Cons

Limited benefits, below market pay, and more. It's difficult to see this company continue to gasp for air since at one point, things were turning the corner and positive changes were beginning to be made. The current leadership (especially in HR) is concerning. There is 0 culture. Don't speak up about mismanagement or favoritism - you will be managed out and/or placed on a PIP no matter what department you're in.
