      Union security and benefits, otherwise i give up

      Cons

      Treat long term people like crap! Upper management doesnt have a clue, but have a degree! Strong open strong close is bs. Wake up before its too late!!! Sell to somone who wants to do bussiness!!

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
