Young talent should look elsewhere until changes are made. Currently led by old school management who protect their own compensation but provide minimal compensation increases even after run away inflation effectively greatly reducing the value of existing compensations. Back to work plan in 2024 with majority of days of the week required on site. Storm Duty required for all employees sending them out in the field checking for downed wires in frequently hazardous conditions.
