Pros
- The biggest pro is the the health insurance for a single person the cheapest option was roughly $40 a month with really good coverage and $250 deductible. - Nice clean building and well taken care off - Soda, coffee/ tee on tap at any time for free - Decent Job if you are out of college, if not look else where please
Cons
So many cons, here are few: - very odd culture, people don’t communicate well it’s very quite in the office all the time in fact if you start talking to someone over in the next cubicle someone will complain on you and they will ask you to keep your voice down, very isolating environment. - Many absolutely useless meetings that benefit maybe several people and that are talking and everyone just quietly sits down and pretends to pay attention-huge problem. - No room to grow people stay here for years I mean 20-30 years easy doing the same job it’s very sad they they are not being recognized. - No performance based benefits for administrative jobs in fact if they tell you that you will get a bonus once a year up to 2k if you complete your objective but only pay the bonus several months later so if you want to get that bonus or looking forward to it... forget it. - it’s a French company which favors their own once you get here you will quickly realize that all the executives or higher ups are French so if you are trying to grow and really dedicate your time look else where. - HR is not your friend if you have any issues they will be ignored most likely although you will be reassured that they are handling it. - For a software company they are using outdated proprietary software for ha fling intern processes that are very slow and not user friendly, you will spend a lot of time waiting for stuff to load. - all the work that you will have you will be able to do from home because you have a laptop and thats all you need except they won’t let you work from home and make you come to the office. - slow and boring job/ lots of time waiting around, half the day you will be on your phone playing games or whatever. - pay is mediocre nothing extravagant, if you are going to live in Boston you will only afford to pay for rent that’s all - If you are young in your 20s look else where, everyone who works here is going to be old enough to be good parent or grandparent, you will spend majority of your time teaching them how to use their iPhone (no joke)
