Pros

DeVry's culture is amazing and you can tell that the colleagues here actually care about each other as well as those we serve. It speaks volumes that in a fully remote work environment I feel like I am actually more connected with colleagues than I have been in previous roles at other companies that were fully in-person, and that is in large part because of the intentionality of our leadership. I've never worked somewhere where it was so prevalent that people were there for the right reasons and truly just wanted to make a positive impact. And DeVry's leadership not only allows space for innovation and new ideas, but they encourage it. Beyond that, DeVry offers much flexibility and work life balance, and is overall just an excellent place to work.

Cons

None come to mind. I would highly recommend DeVry.

It’s also wonderful to hear your perspective on our leadership and their encouragement of innovation and new ideas. Empowering colleagues to contribute, grow, and make a positive impact is at the heart of what we strive to do every day. Thank you for being part of the DeVry community and for the important work you do to support our students and each other!

Pros

Work from home, good benefits, paid time off & the pay.

Cons

They say it’s not a KPI based position but it is. They will not give commission because they say we should be in it for the students and not numbers but the position is solely based on numbers. This is not a warm, team friendly position. Even your team mates are in competition with you. You will work two Saturdays out of the month and sometimes even Sundays and they still won’t be satisfied with your work ethic.
