      Pros

      Great benefits and never any issues with taking time off! Had some great supervisors as well.

      Cons

      Union is horrible, the call center has poor management and always looking to take people out of their departments because they have a high turn over due to poor management! Takes an act of god to terminate someone. Branch Chiefs and Joint Chiefs are extremely clicky and unprofessional!

      Pros

      Great work environment. Still have a pension for now. Awesome health and welfare benefits. Outstanding sick pay and vacation time which uses your military time in calculation of vacation and sick time.

      Cons

      Terrible management and accountability for handling work orders . The only way you can get compensated for schooling is to be in the "good Ole boy's club"! This needs immediate attention.
