Pros
The benefits are terrific. You get ten paid holidays per year, and 13 days each of annual leave and sick leave to start. The health insurance is good, and if you can make a career of it, the retirement benefits are excellent. Teleworking is encouraged. And if you do good work, you will be afforded considerable flexibility in how you go about your business.
Cons
There is very little opportunity for advancement. And Management makes extremely little effort to recognize and reward superior performance. The work environment can be quite stressful at times, as bureaucratic red tape and the latest managerial fads, buzz words and bells and whistles tend to take precedence over the actual work.
