Good company with lots of options in the marketing world

There was lots of restructuring going on.

- The employees you work with are all great people, they have done a really good job of hiring great personalities and education people.

- Return to Office policy is silly as they requested 3 locations to return 3 days a week but if you are outside of those areas you do not have to return. It should be a return for all or a return for no one. There is no financial benefit of returning or incentive, just management overview - Of the 7 years I worked here they have given a raise 2 times. It is frustrating year in and year out to lose money to inflation and for the employees to just smile and nod. - Consistently adding new tools to monitor employees
