      Pros

      I cant really think of any.

      Cons

      They will drastically change your schedule with no notice. They complain about having to pay overtime but tyen bully you into staying 1-3 hrs past your off time. The management team wants nothing to do with the EMT'S. They create overpayed positions to keep us at bay and so they dont have to deal with us directly. If and when you say something about the BS they fire you on the grounds of having an aggressive attitude. The technology is cool when it works but id say its a 50/50 chance if it will work.

      Free food at HQ, reasonable pay

      Cons

      Just a horrible workplace. Only cares about the bottom line, often at the expense of the quality of service to clients and employees. They will drop you if you slip up at all. If you’re in the field you make terrible wages and they don’t like you to take time off.
