Good ole boys club shines brightly here. Lack of diversity with race and gender. Promotions that are undeserved, often given to those without education. Lack of respect for educated individuals. HR allows unethical behavior, such as: harassment, favoritism, time fraud, fraud, and management promoting individuals because of sexual favors. Broken promises with Company bonuses. Guilty until proven innocent atmosphere. Lack of regard for training and maintaining certifications. If you decide to work here: Do yourself a favor and record (paper and audio) every unethical interaction with your supervision. Use this to your advantage to cash in when you’re fed up and finally make the best career decision to quit. A good lawyer goes a long way (and Dominion will pay up!) Bottom line: AVOID (don’t believe me, read the other reviews or stop a Dominion employee in the field and have a friendly conversation with them...most will gladly talk)
