The opportunity for trips is first come to sign up sheets first served but even then you may be selected if your route happens to align with whatever route they've got to give out. So don't bank on them for extra hours.

I can't think of anything good about this employer but working with special needs children.

Before I start working at Durham in Nampa Idaho I got a lot of warnings from former employees that they told me don't go work there or you will regret it. Now after almost one year working there they suddenly worried that I'm not able to do my job because of my disability, even though I had no problem doing my job for almost a year. They put me on live for few weeks until I just decided to quit, even though I have disabilities I believe I worth a lot more than they think, I came long way to physically be able to go to work and they act like I'm not capable.
