There is room for improvement in process standardization and communication between departments. Other than that, it's not too much of an issue.

Company has a lot of features that make it an attractive company to work for. Culture- while efficient and effective completion of work is important, the company also values ensuring that office is a safe a fun place to work. They host numerous holiday parties, in office events, company paid monthly team lunches, and more. There’s a wide range in terms of age distribution which is great so there’s a bunch of people at similar points in their career as you so relationship bonding and camaraderie is easy. Many different teams across the company and they all do a great job in vetting during the hiring process and all of the respective teams are composed of high quality personnel Opportunity/security - EBizCharge has been growing quite fast and with that growth it provides the opportunity to work your way up the ladder. Have seen numerous people as well as myself be promoted internally. With company growth it also indicates job security which is also important, company has strong staying power as their product provides a ton of value to merchants. Rewarding- compensation is great and excellent performance is rewarded at the end of the year in the form of reviews. I’ve made a bunch of great friends at the company who I now hang out with outside of work and I’m super appreciative of that.

Really hard to compose a list here. I’d say work can definitely be stressful at times but that comes with any job that involves responsibility and timelines.
