-Change is inevitable, but it felt like many "strategic" decisions made by the most senior leadership were rolled back weeks or months later. These were often marketed to the team as "THE" game changer for the team and that this is the new way forward, with no way back. This constantly happened and ultimately eroded the faith and confidence of many team members. This also appears in other reviews, which note how inexperienced the leadership team makes themselves look.
-Nepotism is widespread. Longtime employees get unwritten perks that are then not extended to newer employees. Your last name can get you undeserved praise and recognition.
-Management will mislead about promotions, pay, and job trajectory. They will promote employees (oftentimes superficially), but keep shackled them to previous salary. They will tell you a career path exists, but when you earn that chance, they will come up with an excuse. And after they don't pay you more, they take lavish dinner parties.
-Sales is a total mess. If you apply for a position in Sales, ask about the history of the team.
