-Nepotism is widespread. Longtime employees get unwritten perks that are then not extended to newer employees. Your last name can get you undeserved praise and recognition.
-Management will mislead about promotions, pay, and job trajectory. They will promote employees (oftentimes superficially), but keep shackled them to previous salary. They will tell you a career path exists, but when you earn that chance, they will come up with an excuse. And after they don't pay you more, they take lavish dinner parties.
-Sales is a total mess. If you apply for a position in Sales, ask about the history of the team.
