It took a while for me to decide whether to post this review, but I decided to because I believe (and my colleagues would agree) that the leadership in Marketing and Corporate Communications is hurting EVERSANA. The CMO’s behavior was so unprofessional and offensive at times that my colleagues would call her a joke behind her back. I won’t list her shortcomings as a leader and risk being called a disgruntled employee. HR already is aware of her behavior and has done nothing about it.
Prospective employees: Keep in mind that Marketing and Corporate Communications lost more than half of its team in less than 9 months. The people who have stayed since pretty much fit the same profile, in terms of demographics and ability to flatter the CMO’s ego.
