Pros

Elliott as a whole is a great company. The pay was amazing. As far as my location the shop guys were very amazing and down to earth. Office staff………

Cons

Being a person of color really makes you stick out at this location. Was told to be a project manager I had to have an engineering degree even though I had a project management degree. Only to be told by corporate it was not true. They would all leave and go eat lunch and would not bother to invite or include you if you were not in their “clique”. They write you up without letting you know there were even issues. Several times after traveling over an hour to work and not knowing that accidents will close interstate down they do not care and will write you up. Legally Taking off for doctor’s appointments also will get them upset. I was terminated on Juneteenth for leaving early after I was asked to leave so they could lock up and set building alarm. My work for the day was done at 10am and they head no intention of teaching me anything. Job was very stressful and mentally exhausting. Also, jokes were constantly made dealing with my affiliation to the LGBTQ community and they were very inappropriate. The cons are not for the corporate world but for my location specifically.
