As you experienced in your time here, we have implemented several new communication initiatives, such as our quarterly All Hands meetings to share company results and news with all employees.
Over the past 18 months, we’ve seen a significant decrease in turnover, which we believe reflects our efforts to build a more supportive and engaging workplace.
Regarding the Paint Department, we’re proud to share that it’s growing, thanks to business expansion, we’ve recently welcomed six new team members to the team. We’re excited about the momentum and the positive impact this growth is having on our operations.
Many of our leaders have been with the organization for over a decade, and their longevity is a testament to their ability to grow and evolve within the company. We value their experience and the mentorship they provide to newer team members.
