      Pros

      The decent thing about working at Elliott was the pay, but still not worth the misery.

      Cons

      Facility lacks necessary tools and resources to successfully complete any project. Nothing is ever done on time. ALL of the customers are ALWAYS angry ALL OF THE TIME! It was an absolutely unbearable place to work. All of the employees are miserable. I received no support from management, and all of the blame was put on me. The general manager who manipulated employees against each other. Facilities are filthy due to never being cleaned. Incompetent management results in an extremely high turnover rate (92% for 2022) There is never any type of employee appreciation of any kind. I wouldn’t wish this job on my worst enemy.

      Pros

      All the hours you want whether you like working or not. Chances to move up real fast. The less you accomplish, the more money you cost the company in re-work, and being buddies with the right people is all you need to succeed here.

      Cons

      Everyone that matters is two-faced. Management cares none for the peons on the floor. Customers drive the schedule, it doesn't matter what kind of workload is in front of the people that actually do the work. People lose their jobs because the SLT is so disconnected from the employees that no one that does work is happy. They have no loyalty to anyone. The real motto is "E before Me". Stay far away from the Moline location unless you want to hate your work/life balance for the life of your career there.

      Stable Income, learning experience, benefits provided

      Cons

      Management. FCM management was incompetent, hostile, toxic. Corporate management was incompetent. No room for growth. Stale atmosphere. Always trying to catch up with competitors in all aspects. Too cheap to hire adequate work force (skills and quantity)
