Stable Income, learning experience, benefits provided

Cons

Management. FCM management was incompetent, hostile, toxic. Corporate management was incompetent. No room for growth. Stale atmosphere. Always trying to catch up with competitors in all aspects. Too cheap to hire adequate work force (skills and quantity)

Pros

Industry and customers are the only good things about this hellhole.

Cons

Leadership has been there for years and doesn’t know what they’re doing. Terrrible communication. Very cliquey. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Stay away. Lots of turn over. Paint department is the worst.

Over the past 18 months, we’ve seen a significant decrease in turnover, which we believe reflects our efforts to build a more supportive and engaging workplace. Regarding the Paint Department, we’re proud to share that it’s growing, thanks to business expansion, we’ve recently welcomed six new team members to the team. We’re excited about the momentum and the positive impact this growth is having on our operations. Many of our leaders have been with the organization for over a decade, and their longevity is a testament to their ability to grow and evolve within the company. We value their experience and the mentorship they provide to newer team members. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure every employee feels included, heard, and empowered.
