Great to receive positive feedback from our current employees. The leadership team at Elliott understands there will always be constant pressures as an industry leading MRO. In the spirit of transparency, these pressures will probably always exist. We strive to provide a solid work/life balance, but are committed as an organization to continue to do what is necessary to meet our customer needs and deliver on our promises. Our benefits programs are reviewed annually to ensure we offer exceptional coverage options to our employees while doing all we can to help control out of pocket costs. We thank you again for the positive feedback and so grateful for employees like you that take the time to provide such feedback.

Pros

Industry and customers are the only good things about this hellhole.

Cons

Leadership has been there for years and doesn’t know what they’re doing. Terrrible communication. Very cliquey. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Stay away. Lots of turn over. Paint department is the worst.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t reflect the culture and values we strive to uphold. We take concerns about communication and team dynamics seriously and are continuously working to improve transparency and collaboration across all departments. As you experienced in your time here, we have implemented several new communication initiatives, such as our quarterly All Hands meetings to share company results and news with all employees. Over the past 18 months, we’ve seen a significant decrease in turnover, which we believe reflects our efforts to build a more supportive and engaging workplace. Regarding the Paint Department, we’re proud to share that it’s growing, thanks to business expansion, we’ve recently welcomed six new team members to the team. We’re excited about the momentum and the positive impact this growth is having on our operations. Many of our leaders have been with the organization for over a decade, and their longevity is a testament to their ability to grow and evolve within the company. We value their experience and the mentorship they provide to newer team members. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure every employee feels included, heard, and empowered. Thank you again, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
