We are focused on quality care, not billable hours; we’re disappointed that we left you with the opposite impression.
We're also sorry to hear that our benefits weren't the right fit for you — we recently upgraded them with employee feedback firmly in mind.
We’re listening to learn what actions we can take to support our employees' orientation. Plans are currently under way for a more robust training; one that introduces additional resources and gives our newest therapists more time to shadow and get actionable feedback ensuring they’re ready to go when they begin to treat independently.
