Pros
Flight benefits Flexible schedules Gets your foot into aviation Great learning Able to get raises 4 on 3 off schedules (10hr shifts) When it is slow there’s a lot of down time
Cons
Training and management has gotten a lot better but still not the best The learning curve is a bit steep. When it is busy it can be stressful. Shift hours can be good or bad. Depends on how you see. You’ll either start way too early or get out way too late. Schedules can suck and it’s based on seniority.
