Pros

Paid Hotel (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner), except lunch on your days off.

Cons

Unpaid training, unorganized system, they don't care about future flight attendants. I was a trainee flight attendant for Envoy and I came to training passing all of my exams, just to get kicked out almost a week away from graduating because an instructor lied to management and said that I have given them an attitude that I didn't give to them. I never received a point (warning) about the alleged behavior that I displayed. This instructor never approached me privately to have a discussion or gave me a warning but was quick to write an email complaint against me that I alleged gave them an attitude on two separate occasions. But other folks that were being rude and not focused on the training received either a warning or none about their behavior. They only pick and choose people who they personally like than actual people that work hard and displayed actual dedication into passing training and being a flight attendant. I tried to explain my side of the story and the flight attendant training manager didn't want to hear what I had to say about the situation. She said she always believes her instructors and not what the trainee has to say her. In my opinion this not the best way to be unbiased about a situation and see if they were any alternatives to resolve an issue before making a drastic decision in letting people go.

Wonderful People, good communication, excellent travel benefits

Poor training for the small things that count for a lot and maintaining a good and clean record or from a accruing points. Need more attention to this during training or a manual to be given .
