Pros

Although I work remotely, I find that Epson's workplace is for people who value accountability, integrity, sustainability, and true inclusivity. The pay and benefits are strong, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Cons

Somewhat siloed and territorial between departments.

Pros

Pretty good products Most coworkers are great decent benefits

Cons

The company isn’t what it used to be. I was singled out by a new manager who never fully learned the role and micromanaged from across the country. There were no clear goals, directions, or targets to hit. He would ask for one thing, then later claim he asked for something different. The constant stress and dysfunction got in the way of our work, yet despite this I was still over 100% YOY. Our director was absent and uninvolved. I reported my manager’s inappropriate behavior to HR and was not believed. He then created misleading narratives and left the company three weeks after I was pushed out. It felt like it was meant to send a message after I reported him. He created a culture of fear, and my entire team only felt safe speaking up once he was gone. The culture simply isn’t the same anymore.
