Pros
-Really starting to become more diverse and open-minded for those wanting to understand/explore the data center industry. -Haven't met a staff member that isn't open to helping others in need.
Cons
-The company needs more employees. -Need more in our budget so we can have the proper items we need to easily fix any issue.
