      Great collaborative culture; authentic team members who are empathetic toward the developer and the end-user; anyone from any level has a voice and can ask questions/propose ideas

      Cons

      Upper management makes decisions that ICs and lower management doesn't agree with. And, some decisions in the past have led to declines in ticket sales

      Wonderful work/life balance, benefits, and there were many amazing people who worked here.

      Cons

      Communication from upper management was not always the best. They also laid off our entire team and replaced us with a third party company.
