      Pros

      The job is great and rewarding. Pay is good but new comp structures are unnecessary and penalizing. The backend is the worst I have ever seen. The actual role is stimulating challenging and exciting, but the experience of doing it at Eventbrite is very frustrating.

      Cons

      Salesforce is a disaster and glean is laughable. I wish anything was done about those two things and working here would be a lot better

      Pros

      Wonderful work/life balance, benefits, and there were many amazing people who worked here.

      Cons

      Communication from upper management was not always the best. They also laid off our entire team and replaced us with a third party company.
