Pros

Weekly Pay is the biggest benefit

Cons

Apex has no paid time off so if you aren't working, you aren't getting paid. Not all Apex contracts allow for overtime, so if you work over 40 hours you will be encouraged to record it as COMP time. But Comp time can not be used when you submit your hours. If you attempt to bill OT, you will get a phone call that is unpleasant. Benefits are a joke, like $450 a month for 1 person with a $3500 deductible and claims paid at 60%. You will NOT get a raise, whatever salary you start with you will keep for your duration at Apex. They do not offer any professional growth classes or opportunities. Understand that Apex is a headhunter shop, if all you want is a paycheck below industry standards then go for it, but continue looking for a real job where you are appreciated and valued. They will not work with you on converting to an employee as they lose money when you convert.

Pros

It was great before Everforth come in and took over.

Cons

No transparency! I was given negative feedback on a recent interview and the recruiter would not disclose anything. I have a right to know what was said about me. How else can I improve if I don't know why I did not get the job?
