      Pros

      The people are amazing. Everyone that works for Everspring is extremely talented, motivated and hard working. Everyone wants to see the company succeed and make friends along the way.

      Cons

      Certain teams and areas are really getting burnt out. The way the company treats employees is not sustainable. The focus is on the appearance of a cool tech company, but little time and effort is actually placed in bettering the WORK of the employee. Issues and concerns go unnoticed, or if they are brought to someone's attention, they usually do not get resolved. The president and CEO have a terrible working relationship and yell at each other in ear shot of their employees. It's very unnerving.

      Pros

      The best boss I’ve ever had was at this job. I love that the job is mostly remote, but there are some in person opportunities. I always felt supported and fairly compensated.

      Cons

      We’re required to come in twice a month. I wish it wasn’t a requirement, just strongly encouraged.

      Nice office, free coffee and snacks Work From Home Stepping Stone Some nice coworkers

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance Will have you managing a huge account, almost basically on your own, and your managers (plural) will either be so burnt out that they cannot help you or so obsessed with looking good for the CEO that they disregard you and pile on more work Layoffs (twice in a calendar year now), where they’ll move the extra work to an already burnt out team Low Pay, Laughable Raises No place for growth Pushes to complete the “Chicago Great Places to Work” survey with positive remarks because that’s one of the only things making them look good to new hires
