Cons
CEO Kevin Conroy says he is accountable and no more layoffs, but layoffs continue. No trust in anything Kevin says. He shared a pancake recipe during a very tense company-wide / all hands in which employees were concerned about continued financial loses and lay-offs. There is zero accountability at Exact Sciences for poor behavior or poor performance. Due to HR hurdles, leaders just push poor performers to another role or department for other people to worry about it. You can come to Exact, due 5hrs of work - with the other 3hrs surfing the web, tick tock, etc and not be held accountable. Truly unreal. I don't expect heavy handed accountability, but push a performance culture!
