This is elevated and luxury living and it's a pleasure working for a company that cares about their residents and employees more than anything.

ESL Management has tunnel vision, also fast to hire and fast to fire. They say all the right things but fail to build true loyalty and trust. Curious as to why they cannot keep a steady management team.
