      Pros

      This is my first time working in Senior Living and learning it's a true industry where you can make a difference in peoples lives. Whether thats hiring people at the community, or giving residents a beautiful place to live with staff that truly cares. At Experience Senior Living, you can feel the passion coming from the top and in everything we do. This is elevated and luxury living and it's a pleasure working for a company that cares about their residents and employees more than anything.

      Not many if any, Love it here! Can't wait to keep opening more communities.

      Pros

      Residents, they are happy to help you get your bearings. Certain director staff are extremely hands on and care for their employees.

      Cons

      They have a revolving door of employees. Some directors give little to no training and expect employees to simply learn as they go. You will not feel encouraged to speak up if something is not working. Will be shunned for trying to reach out for assistance. Corporate will change expectations with no notice and pull employees aside when they are not met. Often asked to take on the work of other positions.

      Supportive leaders, holistic approach to senior living.

      Cons

      Young company, still some growing pains. No holiday or annual bonus for community management. Work life balance could be better.
