Pros
Nothing worth mentioning except for flexibility and making sure their employees are updated to the various changes happening in medicare. They allow you to do your job without being micromanaged.
Cons
1. No cancellation policy. If a patient cancelled in the last minute, it's up to you to make it up even though patient just suddenly canceled even if he/she is not sick. 2. Fox penalizes you for not meeting your quota. Yes, you still get paid full but you have to either take it off from your PTO (which is 15 days for everything, PTO, vacation, sick call, snow days) or your last pay check for the year. 3. No raise for the last 5 years although they keep saying the company is doing great. 4. Team meetings that are done early in the morning because they are not paid. No wonder employees are late during meetings because nobody takes it seriously. 5. Over the top promoting being an advocate for patients, to take care of them but the company does not even take care of their own - no wonder employee turnover is high. 6. Morale in my group is zero, fake smiles during team meetings. 7. If caseloads are down, they want you to do screenings, use your own time, but not get paid.
