      We receive majority of the holidays off that some companies do not allow people off Juneteenth, for example

      Cons

      They are a management company so if the owners decide to change companies, you will not work for Fpi anymore or you have to apply for an open position with Fpi

      Good people, but the turnover is ridiculous because people are overworked.

      Management is so disorganized, and they don't value your hard work no matter how much they say they do.
