Pros
The company has a robust product training program for new employees, with a self-paced online curriculum and the guidance of an instructor.
Cons
I joined the company in early 2025 as part of the sales organization (account management). Shortly thereafter—while I was still in training—I was let go without being provided a clear reason.
I had only one brief meeting with my manager and hadn’t received any performance feedback. I was instructed to focus on learning the product and following the onboarding process.
During training, I ran into some challenges with a technical assignment involving a skill that hadn’t been discussed during interviews. I proactively asked for support, but shortly afterward, my employment was ended.
I attempted to follow up with leadership and HR, but did not receive a response. To this day, I have no understanding of what led to that outcome.
While I recognize that all companies have different expectations, I would have appreciated clearer communication or a chance to adjust. I’m sharing this because my experience didn’t match the company’s public reputation.
For future employees, I hope the organization creates more transparency and fosters a more dignified experience for their people, especially during difficult decisions.
