Pros
I’ve had a really positive experience working here in customer service. The training was thorough, management is approachable, and the team genuinely helps each other out. Like any customer-facing role, some days can be busy or stressful, but I’ve always felt supported. The company seems to care about both employees and customers, and leadership communicates updates clearly. I also appreciate the flexibility to work from home and the opportunities to learn new skills over time.
Cons
Sometimes hard to deal with emotional calls from pet parents dealing with their sick pets :(
