Advertised as being an 8hrs/day or 40hrs/week with flexible schedule and out by 4:30, Truth is, you will almost always have to pick up extra work if you finish your scheduled route early. Extra work will typically keep you out until after 4:30, so plan accordingly, as there are almost no compromises to this hidden rule. The RDS portion of the job is also a relatively small part, Compared to the other types of window cleaning you will be doing, RDS will only account for about 10-15% of it. Talking to other companies in the area that offered RDS window cleaning, we were also underpaid by quite a bit (which is a large reason we were able to hold as many contracts as we did). As a final note, though it's not directly mentioned, Fish is a Christian Values Company. If you don't align with these values, then you likely won't be climbing any ladders in this company except to clean windows.
