11yWe want to ensure our employees feel like they have a means to communicate any and all questions and concerns regarding aspects of our work environment and/or their jobs at any time. As a result, in 2015 we are initiating quarterly employee engagement surveys. All employees will be asked to anonymously respond to these surveys on a quarterly basis, so our Management Team can use the feedback to determine areas for change or improvement. Additionally, for those employees who do feel comfortable reporting any questions and concerns they have to either our HR Manager or any other member of the Management Team, we have and are emphasizing communicating our open door policy.
