      Great retirement contribution (8.6% total); Teleworking was allowed at that time

      I agree with several of the other comments that FFPO is a toxic work environment. Several of my former coworkers and I have spoken to HR (prior to our departures) about certain problematic individuals. Nothing was ever done, allowing for said individuals to move up the chain, further increasing the toxicity, as they are now in leadership roles.

      Pros were the work was straightforward, cyclical busy work. Fridays off. Low barrier to entry

      Inexperienced and inept management at every level within budget and cost / finance. Gossip culture. Very unprofessional and compensation/promotions based on who knows the different levels of management best
