I agree with several of the other comments that FFPO is a toxic work environment. Several of my former coworkers and I have spoken to HR (prior to our departures) about certain problematic individuals. Nothing was ever done, allowing for said individuals to move up the chain, further increasing the toxicity, as they are now in leadership roles.
