We are paid fairly. I joined the company in late 2024 and knew I would not be eligible for the 1st year bonus. I was surprised to get a nice raise in early 2025, even though I had fewer than 6 months w/the company.
The measurements for success in my department are clear. That's a big plus.
We use tablets and an app to write our loss control reports. It's easy to get a lot done.
The group I'm in has an excellent leadership team. I feel valued for my contributions.
The benefits are good. There is clear communication about using our benefits effectively.
When I joined the company, they sent me a box of swag that read "Welcome to the start of something you'll never want to end." I laughed, because I thought nobody could feel that positively about a job. I honestly like it that much!
