Pros

I liked that the training is hands on. new to consulting and sales, so this was a good start and because of the skills I learned here I was offered an incredible role to be a sales consultant at a tech company. Could not have done it without FPA. I have a family, so I was able to have the flexibility of work-life balance, especially with a newborn. the benefits package they offer is great.

Cons

It is very fastpace, learning something new everyday.

Pros

Mentorship & Training: Multiple reviews highlight a "top-tier" mentorship program. It appears the company invests heavily in teaching entry-level employees the ropes of sales, marketing, and professional communication. Energetic Culture: The environment is often described as fast-paced and collaborative. If you are someone who thrives on "hustle culture" and high energy, this might feel like a good fit.

Cons

ales-Heavy Reality: While roles might be titled "Project Manager" or "Consultant," discussions on forums like Reddit suggest these positions are often "direct sales" or "event marketing" roles (think retail kiosks or face-to-face promotions). The "Devilcorp" Association: In some industry circles, agencies with this specific business model (direct sales, fast promotion to "owner") are categorized under the "Devilcorp" umbrella—a term used by critics to describe companies with high turnover and commission-based structures that feel like MLMs.
