I learned to take initiative and control, which directly led to achieving my goals and setting more ambitious ones. The experience was crucial in helping me become a great leader, teaching me how to manage teams and empower others to reach their full potential. The confidence and self-belief I gained from this role is invaluable. What stood out most was the incredible support system. The colleagues genuinely care, always encouraging you to push your limits and achieve your full potential. It truly felt like a family, with immense support from everyone.
