Despite my attempts to seek help from colleagues and management, I have found that there is a lack of willingness to offer assistance. Speaking of management, I have also experienced challenges in this area. The manager does not provide adequate leadership or information to explain what is going on. Instead, they tend to redirect questions and concerns to other colleagues, which can be frustrating and unproductive. Additionally, the HR manager has been disappointing in terms of onboarding and benefits support. There seems to be a lack of investment in this area, which can make it challenging for new employees to feel fully integrated and supported. Overall, I have found that this workplace can be quite challenging and disheartening.
