      - Culture promotes unhealthy work/life balance. - So-called "meritocracy" heavily influenced by political affiliation. - Sluggish or non-existent upward mobility. - Mismanagement of company resources at the Executive and Director levels. - Hostile to parents and people with disabilities. - Owned by a private equity firm, resulting in frequent restructuring and layoffs, as well as high turnover

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
